As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the order without giving any reason. After registering your withdrawal, you then have 14 days to return the product to us.

We hereby inform you that the product must be returned unused in its original condition, complete and in the original packaging.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain products, such as used masks, mouthpieces or other personal use items, cannot be returned when the seal has been broken or the product has been put into service.

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price, excluding any standard shipping costs paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
